Our Shepard Swim School Instructors are known for their patience and love for children.  Each instructor is carefully chosen for their compassion for children and love for swimming.

CRP and First Aid Training is mandatory for each Shepard Instructor.  After undergoing extensive instructor training our instructors are required to attend in services to review and be trained with new teaching techniques throughout the year.
