CLASS DESCRIPTION: (14 years and older) Water aerobics allows a person to exercise every muscle and joint in the body at the same time. You can take the class to burn calories, increase endurance, lose weight, increase flexibility, increase circulation, tone muscles, improve sleeping patterns, or all of the above. You will exercise with equipment such as dumbbells, noodles, hand webs, ankle cuffs, kick boards, aqua joggers and much more. Water resistance is the best form of exercise for your body, especially if you have arthritis, fibromyalgia, joint replacements, previous surgeries or injuries. The water creates a buoyancy that prevents joints from jarring. Pregnant women love this class and give testimonies of easier deliveries due to water aerobics. This is a class you don’t want to miss! (Class length 1 hour)
Monday and Thursday evenings 7:35-8:35 pm. Saturday 7:30-8:30 (pre-registration is required for this time slot, minimum of 10 need to commit) Closings will be posted on the front home page of the website.
COST: Annual Registration Fee $30.00, PUNCH CARDS AVAILABLE $50.00-5 PUNCH CARD OR $90-10 PUNCH CARD. *Registration policies and waiver must be accepted.
